Wednesdays (2, 9, 16, 23, 30) from 10:00 am to 12:00pm

Schedule an appointment for help with any of your technical needs from email to ebooks. Bring your personal device with you or get assistance on one of our PCs. Free and open to the public.

Quilting Group
Wednesdays (3, 10, 17, 24, 31) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Join our casual quilting group! Bring your own supplies to work on a current project or start a new one, and enjoy the company of other quilting enthusiasts.

Coffee and Coloring
Fridays (5, 12, 19, 26) at 10:30 am

Spend a relaxing morning coloring. Coffee, pencils, and coloring books will be provided, or bring your own.

Drop-In Knitting Club
Thursdays (4, 11, 18, 25) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Join our fun, relaxing Knitting Club. All ages and knitting abilities are welcome. Learn to knit, work on a project, get help with something new, or knit for a charity cause.

Basic Yoga
Fridays (5, 12, 19, 26) from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm

This class will introduce students to basic postures designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation skills also covered. Participants should bring yoga mat or towel.

Brandon Lozeau, Community Relations Manager at Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island will discuss how we can support refugee resettlement in Rhode Island.

Sea Ducks
Saturday, January 20 at 11:00 am

Join us at Cross’ Mills Public Library for a fun hour of learning about Rhode Island’s winter visitors, the sea ducks.  Mary Grande from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management will cover basic sea duck natural history and identification, as well as updates on conservation and research. This program is free and open to all.

From Slaves to Soldiers: The 1st Rhode Island Regiment in the American Revolution
Thursday, January 25 at 6:30 pm

Loren Spears, Executive Director of the Tomaquag Museum, will discuss the experiences of the slaves, Narragansetts and indentured servants who comprised this unique regiment.

Investment Group
Wednesday, January 31 at 7:00 pm

Join this monthly group to learn how to buy dividend stocks and how to receive a larger return on your hard-earned money. All are welcome!
